We want you to have a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

• The product is damaged or defective
• The product you received is different from what you ordered
• The size delivered is wrong
• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• All tags and labels must still be attached

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Used or worn products
• Items without tags or original packaging
• Sale items or discounted items (unless damaged)
• Accessories (if mentioned on product page)
• Custom-stitched products (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To start a return:

2. Share your order number and pictures of the product
3. Our team will review it and approve your request if it meets our policy
4. Return the product to the address provided
5. After we receive the product, we will process your exchange or refund

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued only when:

• A product is not available for exchange
• The issue is valid according to our policy

Refunds are made through:

• Bank transfer
• EasyPaisa / JazzCash

Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange:

• You can choose another size or product
• Price difference (extra or remaining) will be adjusted
• Exchange will be processed after we receive the original item

6. Wrong or Damaged Product

If the product received is damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide pictures or videos for verification
• We will replace it without extra charges

7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order:

• Within 12 hours of placing the order
• Before the order has been shipped

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

8. Delivery Issues

StyleLibas is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier companies
• Weather conditions
• Incorrect delivery information provided by customers
